eLearning Methodology

eLearning Methodology

At Web Courseworks, our goal is to develop learning that provides a meaningful transfer of knowledge. An effective learning interaction has:

Complexity Continuum

Continuum

We leverage our Complexity Continuum as a communication tool to discuss the type and number of resources needed to design and develop the interactive learning objects that meet your needs.

By making the experience interactive, one can bring a real-world experience into a safe, affordable and flexible learning environment that allows the learner to relate to learned concepts on a more personal level and increase the likelihood of successful retention. Simply put, it’s all about “learning by doing” rather than by absorption and memorization.

Project Management

We follow a detailed instructional design, scripting, and project management process to accomplish the specific development goals of each project. We believe that collaboration with our key stakeholders and SMEs is critical to project success. Throughout this process, Web Courseworks communicates with SMEs to become educated in the subject matter and to ensure appropriate and accurate content delivery.
