M&I Bank was looking for a new and intuitive way to train employees on how to sell and support Business Online Banking. Web Courseworks was chosen to develop a unique interactive tool that could aid in the process of finding on-demand information quickly and efficiently. When tasked with this project, Web Courseworks worked side-by-side with M&I Bank and devised a strategy that would utilize a customized portal that broke down product information and sales techniques into four, easy to navigate categories: Pre-sale, Post-sale, Product Info, and Support. By designing the information structure in this manner, all the instructions and sales advice that a banker would need could be provided in succinct, bite-sized chunks that were quick and easy to access. Information was also provided in a variety of formats geared to various adult learning styles, including tutorials, video demos, an interactive on-the-job support tool, and checklists.
