CourseStage HEALTH is an enterprise level, tablet-responsive Learning Management System built specifically to support healthcare and medical society eLearning initiatives and professional development among members. CourseStage HEALTH provides the same feature-rich experience as CourseStage, but is further enhanced with Healthcare/Medical industry functionality that allows continuing medical education (CME) providers to prescribe learning tracks and monitor progress, thereby ensuring that learners are complying with organizational, licensure boards and other training requirements.

  • CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION (CME) CREDIT CLAIMING AND MANAGEMENT

CourseStage HEALTH allows you to award and track multiple credit types per activity. It supports ACCME-compliant credit claiming processes. It automatically generates dynamic PDF certificate. Create and upload unique certificate backgrounds and track expiring CME credit and enduring materials to ensure accreditation.

  • PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT (PI-CME)

The CourseStage HEALTH performance improvement module (PIM) enables you to offer cutting-edge, on-demand MOC Part IV activities to your learners. Your instructional designers and content creators can collect pre- and post-performance data. Learners get graphical reports on performance metrics tied to intelligent recommendations that you design.

  • Dynamic ASSESSMENTS

Rich course authoring included dynamic assessments capable of multiple question types, multimedia including video and image-zooming for medical imaging-related assessments, question banking, randomization, timing and proctoring capabilities, navigation control, branching assessments and extremely flexible question- and assessment-level feedback.

Advanced item analysis, internal consistency and reliability, and other psychometric reporting offer rich statistics for internal analysis of educational efficacy and for activity impact reporting to funders.

  • PEER BENCHMARKING & ITEM ANALYSIS

Allow learners to compare their own performance to that of peers. Compare ranking, aggregate scores, or item-by-item responses within an individual course or against historical performance on an assessment item site-wide. Get administrative reporting on item responses on the level of an individual assessment or site-wide.

  • TAXONOMY AND ASSET TAGGING

Clients offering CME have the ability to tag questions and other content according to an organizational taxonomy that aligns with ACGME or other relevant milestones (learning outcomes). Use tags to generate assessments.

  • PARS & ACCREDITATION REPORTING

CourseStage HEALTH allows you to document accredited courses and learning modules and report out a format report for ACCME PARS reporting compatibility. Advanced psychometric reporting offers rich statistics for internal analysis of educational efficacy and reporting on learner performance to third-party entities.

  • SELF-ASSESSMENT

Offer personalized learning recommendations to guide learners along unique professional development paths for lifelong learning. Help learners continuously identify, track and self-assess opportunities for performance improvement and find competency-based learning.

  • SELF-REPORTED LEARNING

Learners can submit details of their participation and earned CME credit outside of CourseStage to the LMS administrator to approve and place into their CourseStage learning portfolio as their central home for all of their CME credit.

  • FOSTER A THRIVING COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE

Create group-specific social and community features for learners associated with subspecialities, practice areas, boards and course groups. Allow learners to dialogue, tag themselves by interest area, review and score each other’s work, upload and share documents, and collaboratively edit documents (wikis).

  • LAUNCH & INTEGRATE WITH 3RD PARTY TOOLS

Provide a centralized home for all content by seamlessly linking to CME content providers and registry-based informatics software products. Integrate separate CDNs for seamless asset management.
