LMS Training & Education

Once your LMS implementation is ready, your team will be guided through training sessions on standard features and client-specific customizations. Web Courseworks provides a client-only CourseStage System Training, an online tutorial, performance support tool and system documentation resource to empower clients to administer the CourseStage system on their own. Many areas of the system include an in-context help button that explains features as administrators navigate to them in the system.

CourseStage UGM

Web Courseworks hosts an annual user group meeting that brings together eLearning practitioners, LMS administrators, technical staff and the Web Courseworks team for a daylong event dedicated to CourseStage LMS. CourseStage UGM is an opportunity for CourseStage users to hear from eLearning industry experts, learn about our future product plans and innovative ways to utilize product features, and connect with other CourseStage users.

Technical Support Center

The Client Support Center is fueled by our full-time support team. All client administrators have access to our staffed Client Support Center. Our full-time support team provides live phone, email and online support help on completing tasks and troubleshooting problems. Coordinating with account managers and project managers, the support team is able to provide client-specific solutions.
